SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

In order to conclude the agreement, the following information is needed:

PRODUCT NAME;

DELIVERY TERMS AND VOLUMES;

PACKAGING FORM;

MANNER OF DELIVERY;

UNLOADING PORT/DESTINATION POINT IN SERBIA;

BANK DETAILS AND CONTACT INFORMATION.

Based on the order received, the delivery terms are agreed upon and the agreement of delivery of fertilisers is concluded.

PRICE

The price for bulk consignments of fertilisers is a contractual one, specified in the agreement. The price depends on the barge price quotation (FOB Black Sea) on the day of concluding the agreement.

from the Serbian storage
delivered to the buyer’s storage in Serbia

DELIVERY FROM RUSSIA

IS REALISED BY:

TRUCKS

(consignment 21,9 tons net)

Delivery time 7-15 days.

WATER TRANSPORTATION

(ship consignments of 500 tons).

Delivery time 45-60 days.

Unloading is carried out in the Serbian ports (Smederevo, Pancevo, Novi Sad, Backa Palanka, Bogojevo). The goods unloading rates in the port are specified in the agreement.
